Updated: February 28, 2022

If you’re following a low carb or keto diet this Valentine’s Day, it can be hard to find festive snacks and desserts that fit your needs. We reached out to some of our favorite food bloggers to put together this helpful list of low carb keto valentines day treats. With this list, you’ll even be able to create your own keto Valentine’s menu.

Of course, there are plenty of other keto desserts out there, but for this roundup, I tried to find festive red or pink options. It’s something that you can try with your loved one after a simple keto valentines dinner, or if you prefer – a fancy keto dinner. Jeff and I (and by that, I mean I) get really into all the holidays as I love celebratory foods for each. I threw a few chocolate options in there too because who doesn’t love chocolate?

Low Carb Keto Pink Drink in Glass with Strawberries

1. Sweet Pink Drink from Yummy Keto Cooking

A creamy and rich delicious treat, my pink drink is something you can easily make from the comfort of your home on Valentine’s Day. Share this low-carb and sugar-free drink with your loved one with a slice of cake on the side.

Keto red velvet thumbprint cookies

3. Red Velvet Thumbprint Cookies from Divalicious Recipes

These low carb red velvet cookies are elevated with their tasty cream cheese filling. Bonus tip – to avoid temporarily red hands, wear gloves when handling the cookie dough.

Keto red velvet cupcakes

4. Keto Red Velvet Cupcakes from My Coffee Has Butter

More of a red velvet cupcake fan than a cookie fan? Try these! They’re made with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen – plus, how incredible do those look? Red velvet cupcakes are some of my favorite valentine’s day low carb recipes.

Keto strawberry mug cake

5. Strawberry Coconut Flour Mug Cake from Low Carb Yum

If you’re not a fan of sugar alcohols, this mug cake is a great keto-friendly valentine’s treat for you. It’s sweetened with monk fruit and stevia instead, and actually has some fresh strawberries in there too.

Keto Strawberry cheesecake fat bites

6. Strawberry Cheesecake Keto Fat Bombs from Savory Tooth

Just five ingredients and a few minutes of prep time (plus time to let them freeze) is all you need to make these keto fat bombs! You can also use raspberries instead of strawberries if you’d prefer. This recipe really is delicious.

keto chocolate cake on a plate

7. Keto Chocolate Cake from Low Carb with Jennifer

CHOCOLATE. Enough said. OK, not really – the texture of this cake is amazing, thanks to the use of heavy cream in both the batter and the frosting. It’s a great option to share with a crowd, but you can also enjoy it with your loved one after enjoying a keto valentines meal.

Keto chocolate cake on a white plate

8. Keto Chocolate Cake from Two Sleevers

Adding another keto chocolate cake recipe! This one almost reminds me of a combination of a cake and fudge. If you want, you could also whip up your own cream cheese frosting to go on top.

Keto watermelon mojito

9. Keto Watermelon Mojitos from The Keto Queens

Are cocktails with your wife or hubby more your idea of a fun Valentine’s treat? Try these keto watermelon mojitos! (If you’re over 21, of course.) Yes, watermelon is technically out of season right now, but you can typically still find imported watermelon (from Mexico and Central America) in the winter at the supermarket.

Heart shaped low carb chocolates

10. Heart Shaped Keto Chocolates with Macadamia Nuts from Ketogasm

You’ll make the chocolate base for these with coconut oil, cocoa powder, and granulated stevia. But what makes these chocolates is mixing in the chopped macadamia nuts! It reminds me of something out of a box of chocolates (but in a keto-friendly way of course!).

Vanilla bean pannacotta with cranberry sauce

11. Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Cranberry Coulis from All Day I Dream About Food

We are huge fans of cranberries in desserts, so I know I’ll be making this recipe ASAP. The creamy, rich vanilla bean panna cotta is drizzled with an easy cranberry sauce, for an elegant dessert to impress anyone.
