But rather than excluding them completely, I decided to play around in the kitchen to see if I could come up with my own recipe. I did!

How to make keto friendly gummy bears

Ingredients

  • 4 packs of sugar free Jello
  • 1/2 grams of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 ⅓ cups of boiling water

You will also need a gummy bear silicon tray.

Step by step instructions

  1. Add the Jello, water, and gelatin to a saucepan and cook on low heat until the mixture has dissolved.
  2. Remove from the heat and poor on your gummy silicon tray, use the dropper to fill all the cavities.
  3. Place the tray in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes (the bears need to be set.)
  4. Take them out of the mold when ready, and enjoy!
