15 Keto Casserole Recipes

Updated: March 02, 2022

They’re cheesy, creamy, comforting – and they’re keto! That’s right, all these keto casserole recipes are low carb and perfect for any of you following the keto diet.

It’s kind of crazy – when searching for keto-friendly recipes, there is a ton of conflicting information. You’ll find lots of recipes labelled ‘keto’ that are not really keto or accurate.

Recently I was surfing the web and came across an amazing casserole recipe. I mean it looked really delicious and it was marked as keto and low carb. Know what the net carbs were? 33 grams! Now there’s for sure some variation in how many carbs people can eat without throwing them out of ketosis, but that’s going to be past the limit at one meal for almost anyone.

That experience gave me the inspiration for this roundup though. All of these amazing keto casseroles are truly keto-friendly (at least at the time this post was published – you always want to double-check the recipe as it can change!). You have the green light to dive in and start enjoying these awesome meals!
